EcoRate Anglia is a family run energy assessment and landlord services business based in Bury St Edmunds. We provide reliable domestic, commercial and new build EPC assessments as well as various landlord services including property floor plans, legionella risk assessments and damp and mould assessments across Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex.

We are qualified, accredited (through Elmhurst Energy, the UKs leading energy assessor accrediatation scheme) and insured and, for us, energy assesments and landlord compliance services aren't about ticking boxes.
